Nags about ratings

It's a parking app with no choice about vendor or app choice, why is it nagging about an app rating? Month later, nags me for another review. Still 1 star. Not like I have a choice about the app. 'Nuther month, 'nuther nag for a review. Still one star. UI needs a single-tap-to-park function. Even if it had it, would still be one star because of the rating nag. Oh look. It's April. Time for another nagging prompt to earn another one star review.

I got a new phone. The system won’t let me load my old data without the password. It won’t let me reset the password. It says it sent a text message but it didn’t
Tickets given within paid time by parking authority

I really enjoy the system but you should fix the problem with the city parking authority. They give you tickets even within paid time. It has happened to me already 3 times. Is this the way they make the money? Do they think people will pay anyway to avoid the trip? Well the answer is no and please train them to use the system correctly to avoid affecting residents like this. Waste of time for everybody. Thanks

Handy because I never have change. Wish they’d put QR codes on the meters. Scanning is easier than searching.
