This app has worked perfectly each time I’ve parked downtown. So convenient in cold weather, and appreciated by the customer.
Bad IT & support costs $$$

App placed the car in Seattle when I was across the country in Cambridge, MA. Net Result: Two $30 parking tickets plus the $8.76 I spent on the app. No support from app, just go deal with the Cambridge Police Dept. So time wasted disputing the tickets, which made no difference. What a waste!

Super easy and convenient. Doesn’t always give accurate parking location so I prefer to enter parking location # manually.

The app kept erroring out while trying to use Apple Pay. I made sure I had a good internet connection, and I know Apple Pay itself was functional. App needs improvement
