My wishlist for this App

Coming from CodeWallet I really wish DataVault would act more like folders and be able to close-up and organize better. I have over 60 folders for client’s systems and that’s not even my own personal data. At least I like the search function, but it’s still difficult because my whole structure from CodeWallet becomes one huge list and not in any organization. It’s almost like starting over and that’s a huge time vacuum.

This app is incredibly helpful and works for both my iPhone XS and my iPad Pro. I find it really helpful since it syncs across both devices. Originally, I switch to this app after the previous password manager I was using did not support facial recognition. This app supports both face facial recognition and fingerprint devices. When I first got the app it crashed quite a bit. But the developers were quick to figure out the problem and solve it. It now works great.

After years of using Windows I finally took a leap of faith by switching to Apple. It all started within the phone and then iPad and laptop. I now have an iPhone X, iPad Pro and 2018 Maacbook Pro with Touchbar. I then needed a foolproof security system to use with All my financial information that could easily make cross pollinate from device to device using one major passsword. ALL my internet sites have complex different passwords changed regularly. DataVault does this seamlessly. I cannot say how great this program is. It is also so useful for travelling and most of us have either lost a Credit Card or had an ATM eat the card. I can then instantly call the CC company give them all the relevant information and have a new card sent within about three days I cannot speak more highly of this program.

I have used this app on my IPhone, iPad and MacBook Pro for a good few years now, it works great, no complaints.

No ways to contact them-passwords disappeared

So all my passwords disappeared when I logged in one day. I frantically tried to find ways to contact them. I tried emailing them, the email bounced back, I tried finding their twitter account and it’s gone, etc. The app is in no way user friendly. The way it was set up is a joke.

I have used DataVault for password management for years. The reason for not giving it 5 stars is that updates are not often, otherwise very pleased with the product.

Great app. Used Splash for years but this is a major improvement, much more intuitive and a bargain to boot. 2018/08: still going strong, have several devices sharing and syncing info. Flawless performance! 2019/08: Staying with it, but curious why it never shows up in reviews of the top password managers..

This app has saved me so many headaches. My favorite, favorite feature is that no matter how many updates the app has OR my iPhone, I NEVER have to enter my master password, which I’ve already forgotten. I can use TouchID without fail. Worth the money.

Just updated from iPhone 4s to iPhone 8. Have software on windows pc. Had to update from v4 to v6. Sync worked to new phone. Used app for many years no problems. Great support by email!
