Security Alert stopped working after update

I’m not sure if it due to a recent DataVault or iOS update, but the security alert feature doesn’t work any longer. It doesn’t work on my iPhone or iPad. The “test” works, but not if you type in the wrong password. Please fix this feature. I understand a fix is underway. Thank you for your quick response. I’ve waited for months for a fix to the security alerts. I’ve tried emailing Marc directly but Liam keeps intercepting. This is going nowhere. Liam’s latest response was to ask me if I tried downloading a 2+ month old update. How do I get my data out of your product and into a better supported product? Update: It’s been months now and still no resolution. Aside from broken security feature described above, product is ok. However, support is terrible.

Touch ID still does not work. It’s been 7 months since my last review. I was assured that this feature was fixed and it hasn’t. Great product overall but please fix the Touch ID feature.

I’ve been using this app for a few years, on a daily basis. It’s the best! No bugs, no problems and it auto-syncs between my phone and my iPad. I’d be lost without this app!

Happy so far. I switched from a different password manager. What won me over were: 1.) One time fee, no subscription based service 2.) A search interface as well as categories to be nested. I am a bit worried if someone is on my phone and they play a “joke” by failed password attempts and the whole database is destroyed. I wonder if the devs can add an option to not have the database destroyed after failed login attempts. I know one can use argument they shouldn’t be on your phone but I’m just a little off put that it would automatically delete the database. I hope backups and restore would be a fix and if it is already I hope they address it in a FAQ or update. Overall good product. I do hope they continue to support this app and add new icons every now and then.

Great app. Used Splash for years but this is a major improvement, much more intuitive and a bargain to boot. 2018/08: still going strong, have several devices sharing and syncing info. Flawless performance!
