Login and password storage and retrieval

I have used this app to store login information, passwords, and other hard to remember bits of information on both iPhone and Google phones for many years. The app has proven itself to be all that I claims, which is easy to use and configure, highly secure, stable, and proof against against catastrophic data loss when the host device eventually fails. I have it also in a desktop but use that less regularly as the move to mobile computing for my day to day working has progressed. I prefer the iPhone accessibility over Android, but that is just an opinion based on my longer history with Apple products. I give it 5 stars as it makes the small business persons life easier.
Frequently doesn’t save!!!

It just happened AGAIN! I set a new ID and Password, made sure it was saved, and the next time I logged into the app, no information was saved. This happens way too often. Very frustrating. I’m dumping this app and looking for another one.

Love this app for storing/generating my passwords and account numbers. Use it on my PC, iPhone and iPad with almost no problems. Using for over 5 years .... Any issues are usually traced back to myself and not the program. Sync works great with no issues between platforms.
Have loved this app for years but now erases new info

Not sure why this happens but if I edit or input new login info, and hit “done”, then open that entry, new content has not been saved at all, but reverted to original. Usually the second time I input the details it will save. I’m so tired of this: accuracy s/b a given. Why is this happening? Any help grateful received. Am using most recent app version on an iphone8+

I have been using this software for years! It is nice because it can synchronize between my iPhone and PC, so my passwords and other important documentation are safely stored in multiple locations.
