So happy we discovered this app. As an “app challenged” senior citizen, Passport is convenient and easy to navigate!!! So happy with it!

Thank you for designing this very helpful app. It is user friendly and provides a sensible and safe alternative to standing alone on a city sidewalk using a credit card or handling money. My only wish is that the meters in the area where I use the app would allow for adding time.

No employee handling cash, remote monitoring. Payment received electronically. More Convenient for Town/LIRR. They should pay the fee.

Too much information to enter for simply parking. Just let us use the pay system at the park or pay as we enter

After set time to park, it doesn’t show time remaining...so i have to look my watch in order to avoid parking violation fee!!
