Does its job; Could be better

Previous app in my area, Park Mobile, was superb. Simple, fast, with excellent automated alerts. Apparently my town gave the concession to Passport instead. It’s functional and does its job. Feels a bit clunkier, maybe a click more than necessary, but by no means a deal breaker. I miss the elegance of ParkMobile but this one’s fine.

Although its a bit dated, the basic functionality is so critical to a rushing commuter that it is still a great app!

It’s ok when it works absolutely worthless when it breaks down. Not a good tech supporter system. Especially if you’re trying to avoid a ticket in the moment. This app needs another update much better tech support.

The app itself works fine as long as you are off of WiFi- otherwise it won’t open. My biggest complaint is the app charges more than the meter at the lot as a “convenience fee”. The meter at the lot often doesn’t work so using the app is a necessity, not a convenience. Also, in 2018, using a mobile pay app should be the norm and NOT charge extra. I’m forced to pay daily parking because the waitlist is so long for a parking pass.

It’s a good thing I had quarters because the app won’t load - it just sticks on its first loading screen.
