i used this app and still got a parking ticket from the cops. i checked the app to make sure i had paid. I did. still got a ticket. don’t use this app you just waste money when it doesn’t even work

I started a parking session for 3h and then an hour later I checked again and the session is GONE. And it shows the final transaction screen and I thought I didn’t pay the parking. So I started the session again and now it double charged me for the parking. I need a refund.

I was parked at 5821 spot 30 and attempting to pay, but i couldn’t place a payment down for a time which has already passed. I was parked for maybe 15 minutes tops.
