this app crashes and freezes constantly. It’s not complex. I don’t know why every time I use it I need to delete and reinstall it in order for it simply to work. This is a terrible app and should be totally reworked.
Forced $10 parking!

What a bunch of crap. Using Metra in a town I don’t normally use after a doctor appt. Thought could pay my parking with Parkmobile, but had to download this. Instead of being able to pay for a single park with a small fee like Parkmobile I’m forced to “load” my “wallet” with $10! I never use this station, so my $1.50 is a forced $10. It’s 2018, haven’t you the developers figured out micro transactions, like the rest of the digital world? What a scam too, ridiculous.

Only used a few times but way more convenient than standing in front of a pay station which oftentimes is broken anyway.

The app is showing its age. While once upon a time it was acceptable not to build-in location awareness, CarPlay functionality, or even calendar based reminders for folks who have commuter schedules the lack of these things are more painfully evident everytime it costs me money with a missed parking fee, slows me down fumbling with my phone when my CarPlay vehicle should have the app, or I have to dig out the snow from physical signage to determine zone that GPS would know... No doubt the sales team that got municipalities to adopt this app does not worry too much that a competitor with a better app will displace them but maybe the developers should just make the improvements out of pride or a desire to leave for greener pastures on a high note...
Paid using this app, still received a parking ticket
