You must park for at least an hour with this app plus they charge a “convenience fee.” Am paying twice as much as I would in quarters. Will make sure to bring change next time

I HATE PARKING TICKETS
I enjoy the app! I just have to know who do I need to speak or send an inquiry to figure out why I am unable to add time instead of waiting for the meter to run out. It’s like a gotcha when you get a 10 minute warning while you’re at work. Then have to remind yourself at the end of 10 minutes to pay. Is there a way to facilitate another reminder, a parking alarm, or the ability to add time to an already existing session.
You get tickets by using this app

This app is completely pointless. You get the ticket and then have to waste your time fighting it and hoping that the citation will be cleared. When you contact the company they respond that they don’t issue tickets... well of course not, but you should still stand by your product and fight the ticket if cities are issuing citations even though we’ve paid you. Edit: I did email support and not only were they unhelpful, they refused to refund the “convenience fee”. This whole process is very inconvenient, so I will not be using this app again. This app only works half of the time -when you need it most it seems. I can use it when I’m at work but won’t work in the town I live in for some reason. Would bring your debit card and coins just in case!

Very frequently the authentication for payment times out even though this application forces me to have a wallet and to keep money in the wallet, And then link a credit card so they keep that on file to fund the dedicated wallet There are cities around us that use competing products that let any parking charge you have go directly to your Apple card for example where you don’t have to keep stocking a wallet with what are essentially dead funds ijust sitting there. Really dislike how slow this all functions even when I’m in a city centre presumably close to a Wi-Fi station.
