You get tickets by using this app – Passport Parking Review

This app is completely pointless. You get the ticket and then have to waste your time fighting it and hoping that the citation will be cleared. When you contact the company they respond that they don’t issue tickets... well of course not, but you should still stand by your product and fight the ticket if cities are issuing citations even though we’ve paid you. Edit: I did email support and not only were they unhelpful, they refused to refund the “convenience fee”. This whole process is very inconvenient, so I will not be using this app again.
