App looks extremely outdated. The UI needs extensive work. The UX is almost based off a responsive website rather than a native app. The search parking aspect doesn’t auto populate suggestions. I had to search a location only to it not move the map at all however when I clicked search then my suggested locations populated. The interface is clunky. I travel a lot and love the ease of mobile payments but must say this is one of the worse ones. Also when signing up the “easy” way via Facebook it was anything but easy. App froze and crashed a few times before it would create a profile.

Easy peasy. A little more expensive with the convenience fee, but I’m okay with that.

Don’t bother, find some quarters. I still got a ticket in Cambridge, MA. Update: a week later and I’m still fighting the ticket. Good news, there’s a “Passport” check box on the online form for disputing parking tickets. I suppose this happens fairly often....

I am charged a convenience fee on top of the exorbitant parking charge of the city. Make it free to use this app.

Easy Peasy! Yes I’ve had it freeze and needed to reload the App. Still easier than paying the machine in sub freezing temps? You betcha!

Convenient but a charge for .25 cents to add time on a free Sunday into Monday? That’s a little ridiculous.
