Won't open - still have issues, 7 months later

Latest update makes it so the app won't even load - I contacted the developer and the were NO help. They keep asking for a new screen shot and never found a solution and eventually stopped replying. If you are a city looking at this app LOOK ELSE WHERE!!! Sitting in my car for 10 minutes right now trying to get it so I can pay for parking since I forgot cash today.

I used for the first time today going back and successfully parked, but then went to check on time left. The app just kept bouncing from the country page. Turned off my phone, still couldn’t get into the app. I guess I’ll have to delete and reinstall, and see what happens

The app didn’t recognize that the lot I parked in was still able to be used. Error message said Parking was prohibited during this time and to check signage for HOURS. Cost me a $90 ticket. Thanks. Will not be using this app again. Edit to add: Appreciate the request to email support. That was my first step prior to this review. No remorse. No solutions.

This application gets stuck on the Peking passport screen on my new iPhone X. This resulted in me not being able to pay for my parking and getting a ticket. So frustrating!!!

I think that charging .35 cents on top of paying for a taxed parking spot in a city is dumb. Its like double tax.?

Still seeing availability issues after major iOS upgrades, so I end up scrambling to reinstall and reconfigure the app at the worst possible time. Facebook SSO rarely works.

Some days it works & others it doesn’t. Hasn’t worked this week, which is fine when the weather is nice. Paying at the machine saves me 30 cents a day.

This app works sometimes but lately just crashes over and over. Pretty inconvenient when you’re parking and in a hurry. Hard starting my iPhone seems to temporarily fix it. One other option I’d like to see is a resend receipt option in the app. I submit receipts for work and if I lose an email confirmation from Passport for whatever reason, I have no way to recover a new one. Great app otherwise. Thanks.

No updates. Read the reviews. Needs modern updates like location awareness, Apple Pay support, CarPlay support. Also, would be nice if there wasn’t a 37% fee! That’s outrageously high. Developer response is always to email only to have the emails ignored. Sad part is that an email isn’t necessary in the first place! Read the actual review instead of putting up that canned response.
