My app keeps getting frozen on the introduction screen, also when I pay For two hours the clock starts at one hour and 58 minutes.
You’ll get a ticket - app doesn’t work

This app apparently glitched and even though I thought I caught it, and re-put in my information, when it “confirmed” my parking it did not and now I have a parking ticket. Thank GOD I want in a tow zone. Do not recommend this app unless they budget to pay my ticket that they caused. I do NOT recommend this app to anyone, it will not help you
Wallet “Offers”

The app tells you that if you find the app’s wallet and use that to pay for your parking, then certain “offers” will be available to you but this is completely A LIE!!! No offers are ever given and they charge you the convenience fee each time you park. So essentially, the app company makes more money by only paying one fee to the credit card company and then you still pay them a fee every time. Smells a little like bull? if you ask me...

I have yet to actually be able to use this app because no matter how many times I try it will not load and continues to freeze. I usually have to go to the website on my phone because the app doesn’t work

I walked to a bar in weha and the app froze and wouldn’t let me sign in, got a ticket..... thanks Parking Passport!!!! ??

This app would be convenient but I had two issues: 1. The prices quoted from the app and the meter were inconsistent by as much as 10 dollars at any given time. 2. The app malfunctions when usage increases. I recently paid for a 24 hour period and woke up to a boot this morning. I would try to avoid these at particularly large events such as carnivals, sports events etc. The boot was removed but the process was time consuming and really messed up my schedule.
Great App if the parking enforcement actually used it

I paid twice for parking through the app but the less than half assed half brained parking enforcement in New Orleans still booted my car.

So much better than fumbling for change!!! Type in zone number, space number and how long you want to park and you're done!! Easy to add more time and even reminds you that your time is running out!!
