Mobile price increase – Passport Parking Review

The app itself works fine as long as you are off of WiFi- otherwise it won’t open. My biggest complaint is the app charges more than the meter at the lot as a “convenience fee”. The meter at the lot often doesn’t work so using the app is a necessity, not a convenience. Also, in 2018, using a mobile pay app should be the norm and NOT charge extra. I’m forced to pay daily parking because the waitlist is so long for a parking pass.
