Frustration never ends – ParkMobile: Park. Pay. Go. Review

Every time I use it there’s an issue have to contact customer service- why? Account always locked have to call in- why? No other app is this frustrating look at ur competitors n fix ur user experience issues!!! Pango ParkNYC Bestparking Never spoke to their customer service n use their apps all the time! Thanks
