This app was easy to use. The parking location was exactly where it was supposed to be. The scan ID worked without delay or problems. This was an all around great experience!

Difficult to use and didn’t save my space

Too many login requirements and didn’t reserve my space. Not very user friendly

I reserved a space using Parking Panda app, and thought it was great not having to print the parking pass but I regretted trusting the app. I received a parking ticket for 11 times the amount I originally paid for the space. I contacted customer service and they said they would void the ticket after I sent them a copy of the ticket and everything checked out. The result was that I parked at the wrong location even though I parked within the area shown on the app. They refunded my money and told me there was nothing they could do. They said they try their best to be accurate about the locations. That is lame! People rent these spaces based on location, why would anybody reserve a space knowing that the company isn’t liable for the accuracy of the information printed on the app?!

Parking panda is geographically challenged.

The app is supposed to do one thing: Find parking. Plugged in my destination and selected parking .2 miles from location. It booked me 1.3 miles away at a location i didn’t select. I didn’t know the area, so only discovered this .4 miles into my walk. Dragged luggage 1.3 miles in 85 degree NYC heat after driving 4 hours. Many parking apps - use something else! Alerted them as to the error- no apology, no response, no discount or refund. $70 to walk 1.3 miles!!! We passed several garages along the way including one a block away. Don’t use!!!

I used to love parking panda but the last two times Ive used it I’ve had nothing but trouble. The first time there were two lots right next to each other and I parked in the wrong one (using the EXACT address parking panda gave me). I was running late so I sucked it up and double paid for parking. I gave it another shot thinking that was my fault and today I parked in a lot that was $25 all day and PP charged me $35!

The service is brutal

App works fine - in principle. But if a game runs long, or there is extra innings, overtime, etc, then the code you received upon payment is no longer valid. Good concept, horrible execution.

Convenient parking for large convention

When parks were hard to find because of thousands of people attending ICNA convention, our car was safe in our reserved space. Second year in a row we did this. Would definitely do it again!

Parking spot not available

Purchased 3 days of designated parking using this app. The address led us to an unattended parking lot that was completely full. Unable to park in the lot at all.
