Pay for a spot with no spots available and no one available to help. You pay for parking bc you expect issues with parking. No deal for saving money compared to other manned lots. Take ur chances and not expect to get what you pay for.

My friends and I went to Pride on Saturday and I reserved a spot at a parking garage a little less than 15 minutes away. Only to find it’s closed, completely gated off. I looked up the garage on google and saw they’re closed every Saturday and Sunday. So I end up driving a few blocks down and find parking at a meter. I tried to get a refund on the app but it said I had to call customer service. The “hero” I talked to was very condescending. I explained to her the situation and I told her I checked on google and the garage is closed every Saturday and Sunday, but she didn’t believe me until she looked it up herself. Afterwards she was STILL rude, and kept telling me to send her a copy of my receipt of where I parked after even though I parked at a METER. I had already emailed her my order number so she could see that I did reserve a spot at that garage. If I can’t park there I should be able to get MY money back and where I park after (due to their lack of communication between them and the garages they work with) should not be their concern. Not to mention they emailed me a few days after asking for me to send proof I parked somewhere else.. SORRY lady I don’t have a receipt of my METER parking since I couldn’t park in a CLOSED garage. I don’t know how they think I could be jipping them. The garage is closed every weekend get it together.

So glad to have found this app. Made finding parking for our family vacation to the Northeast super easy. Typed in our location and parking was easy to find. Used it for several garages in several cities and never had an issue. Awesome!

SCAM!!

Say NO TO SEATGEEK!!

My 13yr old daughter & I were put in harms way by this app!! It left us in a dangerous neighborhood in Los Angeles with a 20 minute walk to the theatre!! I had to pay for an Uber just to avoid a dangerous dark alley with a homeless man who told us to push hard on a gate we could not open!! So UNACCEPTABLE!! I imputed our location address & this was the parking garage that it routed us to! When in actuality the parking garage NEXT to our venue was $4 dollars cheaper !! PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS PARKING APP ITS A SCAM FOR THIS COMPANY TO MAKE MONEY & it actually put me & my daughter at risk! I’m disputing this charge with my bank & recouping the money I spent!! HORRIBLE!!!

Worthless. Already signed in. Blocked reservation until I signed in. Gave me a temp password. Did not work.

I reserved parking in NOLA and when I arrived at parking no attendee to scan my parking. Used second time in NYC and when arrived at parking location was denied parking because they were full. Called the 1-800 number but was on hold and never spoke with a human.
