Takes the stress out of driving downtown to meet a friend for lunch. Easy to use; great to know in advance I had a guaranteed place near the restaurant. Cheap too! Thank you, Parking Panda!
False information about garages

My wife used the app to find a parking garage for a concert that we were attending. The app indicated that the garage had staff available, and it also indicated the garage was 0.3 miles from the venue. Instead, the garage had no staff, which meant it took 40 minutes to get out of the garage with 20 cars in front of us, and it was actually 0.6 mile walk according to google maps. I won’t trust their app again.

Went to a game in Cleveland and the garage I booked with through Panda said they had no clue how this company was booking with them. First off the 15 dollars I was charged was 7 more than street value. They was no reader to scan my way out of the garage but they was an attendant onsite who let me out so I did not have to pay double. Dishonest and shady.

Great service, saved me a pile of money parking in a high quality automated lot a few minutes walk from McCormick Center. Recommended for Chicago!

I reserved a parking spot via the app, but was told the lot was full when I arrived. I ended up missing my event because of this and I’ve contacted the company several times to get a refund with no response. Update...it took a couple weeks, but the customer support team at parking panda (spot hero) got back to me and refunded my money. It was a frustrating experience, but the issue mainly lies with the lot attendants. Changing the rating to 3 stars because the support team went the extra mile to make it right.

Had a great experience recently using ParkingPanda and its app to find and make reservations. Opened the app and found a great price for parking in DC before baseball game. Really quick and easy to use. Very satisfied!
