Used this app to park across from National Aquarium in Baltimore. No place to scan upon entering but had no trouble at exit...just inserted ticket first, then scanned my phone worked like a charm and saved me $13.

Have been using Parking Panda for years now. I like the ease of app use, multiple parking locations, and most importantly excellence in customer service. Whenever there is an issue, whether inside or outside of their control, Parking Panda has always been there to put the customer first. Highly recommend!

Great when it works

First time I used it the app worked great. However I wanted to find parking for another event and app told me could not find any parking. I then received an email reminder for my event with a link to reserve parking and that (city parking) website told me there was plenty of parking. I reserved and got email confirmation through the website which was also "powered by parking panda." I go back to my app with same log in and app cannot find my reservation. But on website it's all there. Frustrating!
