The parking offers over night service and when I make the payment the service is until 4:00 am.

This app will save you hundreds of dollars in parking. I work in NY city and parking is so crazy the cost they charge. This program has saved me hundreds of dollars and time. I also love the pictures of the locations so you know what to look for as well as you can book a location moments before arriving. Plus it’s always for a 24 hour time slot at one cost vs per hour your charge. I am not sure why not everyone has this app. It’s truly a God sent to my budget and stress of finding parking.

Love Parking Panda

Use this every time I head into Philly area. Twice I had a problem at the parking area and quick customer service of Parking Panda fixed it immediately. Love that I can reserve and am guaranteed a spot which comes in handy especially during festivals, popular theater events, weekend dining. And most of the time you’re given extra times as a Parking Panda customer.
Rates higher than what you could get at the location

In my recent trip to NYC, I used this app twice to book parking. Bad experience in both the cases. 1. Booked a spot near Times Square for $18.00 something while the price at the Parking garage was $14.00 something. 2. Booked a spot near WTC for $15 and the garage charged me extra $10 saying I have an oversized car (Highlander). The app didn’t mention any of this and you can’t argue with the garage employees.

I’ll try them again. My first reservation was easy to make but didn’t go well. The address was wrong and I had to park somewhere else—and pay for it. I contacted customer service asking for a refund. It took them about a week to respond, but they did respond and helped me. They refunded my money, so I’m satisfied. I’ll try using the app again because I love the idea of it and appreciate their customer service team being responsive.

Waste of time!!! You are better off just finding your own lot. I reserved a spot and when I arrived the lot was actually cheaper than what I paid with app.
