Made a reservation with half an hour grace period before appointment. Showed up on time only to find out the garage is closed. There’s no way parking panda didn’t know it was closed when it accepted the reservation.

We reserved a parking spot days in advance near LA Live for the discounted rate of 8.00 and supposedly in a parking garage good from 5:00-11:00 pm.We got there, not a garage but a lot with an idiot for an attendant 10 feet from a homeless encampment that you have to walk past. The killer, the sign says “parking 5.00 ALL DAY!!!” The attendant held us up from our event trying to take a picture if the QR code in my phone. No bargain here folks. It’s a scam. 1200 W. Olympic Blvd. After the event we got to walk back past the homeless living under the bridge as a rat crossed our path. Nothing like the glamour of Los Angeles ??

I was always paying high garage prices when I drive to the city. Until, I discovered Spothero a few weeks ago. This app is great and is a life saver. I can now reserve a parking spot with knowing that I’m getting the best deal. Thanks ?? !!!
Charged $108 for $36 parking at 350 Beach St, San Francisco

Signed up for parking at 350 Beach St lot for $36 for 35 hours of parking. Got charged $108 instead! Called to immediately cancel the parking but ParkingPanda was closed. Next morning wasted 50mins on the phone with them - they confirms it was a technical error on their part. They insisted on charging $36 for 13 hours of parking that had elapsed (the lot itself charges $30 for 24 hrs). Shady shady shady.

Coming from NYC we have seen it all regarding prices and availability to park! Thank you PP for amazing deals and convenient location. We were 1 block away from our place and cost was super efficient!

I used the app to make a reservation and paid $38. When I went to pick up my car, which is in a very reputable garage, the app reservation did not exist and I had to pay $40 to get my car back. Useless or a scam!

Had a reservation and got there to find no spots in the lot. Called and they reserved me another spot half a mile away. Got there and no spot either. Made me miss my lunch reservation (had to pay) AND made me miss the first two innings of the Rockies game. Had to park in the cattle lot and walk over a mile. They are lying when they say you have a reserved spot. This is a scam. Don’t use Parking Panda or Spot Hero.
