Not working in my city anymore

Used to love this app, but I recently tried to access it and no matter where I looked there weren’t any ramps available in the area.

I’ve had good luck with parking panda before but not today in St. Louis. Raining supposedly had a spot at garage for tournament in America’s center. $20 a day parking when I check in on Saturday the attendant didn’t have a clue what parking panda was and took a picture of my screen and let me in. No problems yesterday but today it’s raining and garage was full. I called parking panda hoping to get a refund for this day but I was told I was supposed to park on Saturday and not leave until today. Only refunded $10 all they could do. Really. I ended up parking 8 blocks away. Customer service did nothing for me

Parking for the Game at Golden One was vary easy. Lots of people had to park on the street. I’ll always have my Panda!!!

Went to a J st garage next to Golden 1 arena in Sacramento. They closed the garage putting up a “full” sign although I could see empty spots for us panda voucher holders. The attendants must have simply abandoned the post. Parking panda is a great technology but evidently few garages sign on to the system and they are NOT screen for competence. Using parking panda is a RISK for reliability, just about ruined my night. Excellent customer service refunded my $20 but what good is that when you don’t want the money, you just want something reliable.

I've been using the Parking Panda app for over a year in the Boston area. I can't speak highly enough of what a great experience that I've had via this app. It has helped me find ridiculously reasonable parking – no small feat in Boston! These parking situations have felt safe, well lit, properly attended and in very close proximity to places I have stayed for conventions. The app is extremely easy to use in both securing a reservation as well as checking out of the garage at the time of departure. I've had no issues each time I've used it. Thumbs up all around! A+++++++!

Great App. Live in NY where parking is a premium and expensive. I love that I can book in advance rates are great and without stress. Visit museums, see shows eat at my favorite restaurants never a problem.

I have been using the ParkingPanda app to pre-book my parking for the last several years. The app is very easy to use from finding a spot to paying for the spot to getting to the spot! I have used it for parking in New York City, Newark, Boston, and Washington DC. I have never had a problem and have recommended parking panda too many friends.
