Spot not Guaranteed! – Parking Panda Review

I reserved a parking spot via the app, but was told the lot was full when I arrived. I ended up missing my event because of this and I’ve contacted the company several times to get a refund with no response. Update...it took a couple weeks, but the customer support team at parking panda (spot hero) got back to me and refunded my money. It was a frustrating experience, but the issue mainly lies with the lot attendants. Changing the rating to 3 stars because the support team went the extra mile to make it right.
