Provinces and city tehsil not shown under media complaints

Hi. I have a few complaints successfully filed which were resolved but now I want to complaint about media drama serial but I’m unable to see the Province, city and tehsil etc. the list open blank on iPhone. Please resolve the bug and let me know once updated. Thanks for the efforts.

No doubt citizen portal is great initiative. But unfortunately iOS version of this app is full of bug. Crashes here and there. And the one of the biggest problem with it is you are forced logged out after two months and after that there is no option for you to recover your account. I’m stuck and now unable to reset password through forgot password as the code sent via email and sms is not being accepted by the app. Tried almost 15 times in last 5 days but all in vain. There is no option through which you seek help in this regard. You cannot contact developers and so on. What is this. Please resolve these issues. Otherwise app is of no use

There is no option to add complain against PTCL PTA Pleas add those in app too. Also app needs built in function to submit suggestions.

After recent update my account was automatically logged out, when i try to change password after entering cnic I received code but on new password window its gives error “cnic/code wrong”
Biased attitude of police

Police registered a bogus case against my employees in district Chakwal and dropped my complaint without any resolution.When I tried giving my feedback that was also disabled,I kept getting invalid token.If this is how they solve problems,it’s an eyewash.
