Provinces and city tehsil not shown under media complaints – Pakistan Citizen's Portal Review

Hi. I have a few complaints successfully filed which were resolved but now I want to complaint about media drama serial but I’m unable to see the Province, city and tehsil etc. the list open blank on iPhone. Please resolve the bug and let me know once updated. Thanks for the efforts.
