My app on IOS is continuously crashing, i open the app and after 3-4 seconds it closes by itself.

The app ran well initially when it was launched but now it doesn’t even open. If you try and delete/reinstall you lose all your data such as complaints filed, resolution of complaint etc. Overall a good effort but support seems to be lacking. When you click the support page it redirects you to the PMDU website with a rather generic email address. I think perhaps the response was overwhelming and the system got/was abandoned.

App was working fine on its first launch but now when I’m opening it, it get crashed after splash screen. Please fix this issue ASAP.

Respected concerned authorities, In my complaint, PDF file was very difficult to open. Please add an option that you can forward this to your email. It will help to keep track of things. Thanks

I got a reply once and my issue was not resolved now I am trying to access for a complaint and it’s not working at all. It’s very frustrating!

The false feedback from department, can satisfy Imran Khan... but not public. The mechanism is at fault.

Very good application to improve our Pakistan, a request start punishing corrupt officers like China does. They deserve punishment like Chinese government does. We have example just follow the foot prints and achieve Goals.
Un Professional Management of PM Complaints Portal

I have forwarded one complaint and 4 suggestions which affect most but the replies have been totally out of context which shows that PM Sectt is a mere Post Office which doesn’t even read the response to suggestions and complaints. This tantamount to making a mockery of PM initiative

App has too much bugs, it crashes when tried to open , reinstalled and logged in then many tabs like profile crashes it . Overall app needs better maintenance team.
