Bugs All over it – Pakistan Citizen's Portal Review

No doubt citizen portal is great initiative. But unfortunately iOS version of this app is full of bug. Crashes here and there. And the one of the biggest problem with it is you are forced logged out after two months and after that there is no option for you to recover your account. I’m stuck and now unable to reset password through forgot password as the code sent via email and sms is not being accepted by the app. Tried almost 15 times in last 5 days but all in vain. There is no option through which you seek help in this regard. You cannot contact developers and so on. What is this. Please resolve these issues. Otherwise app is of no use
