I have post complaint but it has been 3 months there is no progress on that complain. Worst app ever. Dont’t download it.

I m iphone 6 user . And pakistan citizen portal is not working on iphone . It crashes at the start . Its been long time . I have updated it to latest version still crash .

The app keeps crashing since last update

This was a great initiative but bureaucrats have found their ways to make it useless. In my experience, it’s serving as a pool of complaints only. I don’t know how the complaint resolution is monitored at PM secretariat level, but it appears that that no systematic effort is being made to monitor if the complaints posted through this app are actually being addressed. In my view, this should be the complaint filer who should decide if his/her complaint has been resolved, and so should be closed.

Application crashes all the time.

Application should be upgraded because it keeps crashing whenever i open it. I have filed 5 complaints and i am unable to followup because i open the apps and 2 seconds later it crashes and closes.

Today’s date: 07-01-2020 This app is crashing for past one month. Please look into the crash. Also, I have opened three complains and all I see is complains forwarding from one person to another without any outcome. PM Sir, please take some actions. All talks and no actions. Economy is not the thing to concern in this country.

We cannot install app, it’s always showing moving on App Store but no installation progress. So we should make more easy to use. If installed then when open closed after some time. So please fix these bugs so that people can use it or tell people do not try to install
