This app is nothing but a piece of junk. I don’t know who is the developer but after using this app for 15 min you would start cursing.

Pakistan citizens portal is a great initiative by Prime minister. They also closed my complain. But there is a need for a lot of improvement I suggest you to improve your developer team. First sometimes app show message (server doesn’t repond try again) yes it literally say reponding instead of responding. Second app crashes when I click on complain. i will give 5 star if you fix these problems.

This is a very poorly designed app. I couldnt even register because i couldnt even see what i was typing. Color combinations are very bad. Needs a lottttttt if work. Tahir +1 707 408 2447

This APP crashes every time I login, have to use my coworkers android to login. There is no website where we can access the portal when using a computer. Once the app starts to stop crashing i will give 5stars.

Your timing is very slow i just submitted one complaint 2 time and you cannot slove till now No one response me properly I don’t know why you guys not open the FIR on suspect I jsut wait your response

I have installed the application but I am unable to open to lodge a complaint. I tried all whatever I could do but so far no success. Help me please.
