Bogus App - Total Disappointment

It is a bogus application to fool Pakistanis and make them believe that their concerns are heard at highest levels. 4 complaints file - no action so far. It’s been 4 months now, I have also sent queries at their complaint cell but yet again, no action from Pakistani government. Total disappointment.

Its a very good initiative but application is not stable as it is being crashed when you want to give feedback of the complaints closed so please make sure that application server always remains up and application do not crashes nowadays its being crashed on daily basis
App not working

The app is not working. Its not giving any province to select. I cannot file a complaint

The app constantly crashes. With the level of developers available in the country it could have been exceptional. Fix the bugs.
Citizen portal

Citizen portal is a very good system, at least you are able to write your grievances and even you get response whether positive or negative. However, I am trying to make a complaint on corruption in land revenue and when I go to province, district it gives me a blank page with option to “cancel” only. I don’t know it’s a technical problem or intentionally blocking me not to write a complaint on corruption.
Great initiative but need fixes

It’s a great initiative. It has a great impact on governmental issues. Till now I’ve lodged many complaints and received satisfactory responses except for few. The App in itself has a few problems; the app crashes on several occasions. The drop down menu for Provinces and Districts are not appearing as the names disappear once tapped on the section.

This is good application but many much things is missing in this application. Cant complaints about Pakistan Railway, Pakistan post, Pakistan telecommunications and other networks Internet Because those companies taking from us total internet packages but not giving quality Internet service... So please add this thing too in this application thanks
Province drop down not working with IOS v13.x

I just registered on Citizen’s Portal...good effort. Trying to use it via iphone, but the Province field is not showing any option in pop up window.... please fix Is there a web page to use the portal or only via app? Also, when I tried to put in information various ways....app crashed...and all info lost !
