Great initiative but need fixes – Pakistan Citizen's Portal Review

It’s a great initiative. It has a great impact on governmental issues. Till now I’ve lodged many complaints and received satisfactory responses except for few. The App in itself has a few problems; the app crashes on several occasions. The drop down menu for Provinces and Districts are not appearing as the names disappear once tapped on the section.
