App is useless

Orders hang and never process. Tried on both iPhone and iPad running most recent iOS versions, as well as latest app version. Uninstalling.
Not a Good App

You constantly have to re-install and still half the time you can’t update or see the information you need. CRS just says keep trying the “new and improved” app is not user friendly and it requires too many steps to get the information you need☹️
App cant find address

The app still doesnt work. Nos it cant load my address even though its in there. So i cant finish an order because it cant locate my shipping address. ?

Try to refill my daughters prescription and it says add payment method. I have a card on file under my name but I enter it again for her and it says can’t enter duplicate card. Why doesn’t it just use my card on file like it always has. Idiots updated this app. Now fix it and no more excuses.
Never works on first try

I have trouble logging in every time I use the app. It is not user friendly and is very glitchy. I’ve had trouble ever since the app was revamped. Much prefer the older version.
Horrible website

Numerous times trying to login to website. Identifies me when I give the required info. System allows me to change password and then locks me out. So I never am able to get in. Customer service for tech support only available M-F (not good). Thank God for open enrollment ….time to change….this is just one of many issues I have had with this company I have never experienced such horrible customer service without getting any satisfaction to the issues at hand.

While OptumRx as a provider of medication is a reliable source and I appreciate the delivery of my meds, this app is difficult to use. All OptumRx wants is for the user to sign up for automatic refills. Seeing your prescriptions and when they are due for refills was easy in the past. I’m having difficulty finding the information I need on this version. I wanted to refill one medication and found on my checkout that three medications were listed, one not ready for refill! I also deplore the fact that you can’t get a list of your orders for the year online when income tax time comes around. I have to call and ask them to send out a list. I have not even been able to print or save an order, being told to wait for a confirmation email. The email only gives you an order number and directs you back to the website. The app could be so much better.

This app is difficult to navigate and confusing to interpret when a new prescription has been received and when it will be filled and delivered. Each prescription is not well separated so that you know which is which. They even list medications filled by different pharmacies but without identifying as such-this adds tremendous confusion when trying to determine if a new prescription has actually been received and filled. I always end up having to call them to make sure my prescription is going to be filled and delivered. They need to clean up the user interface so that new vs old prescriptions can be differentiated. Not a pleasant experience.
