Why can’t I find what prescription are pending approval anymore? I used to be able to see what is still pending and where bottlenecks were
Please Restore Ability to Manage Household

I used to be able to manage my household perscriptions by just signing in once and then selecting a household member. This ability was removed during the last redesign of this app. Now each member has to sign in to manage their own perscriptions. This is a big inconvenience. Please restore the ability to manage household perscriptions! This rating would be 4 stars if that were restored. Thank You!

It has taken me nearly 30 minutes to log into my account and I'm not there yet!! This is unacceptable.

Every time I log into this app I have to change my password because it doesn’t recognize me. And the last time I logged in it didn’t show any medication’s that I’ve been getting from this company. I am thoroughly disgusted with OptumRx online. And please bring the online support back to the USA.

Last Update screwed things up

Since the last update, I no longer have access to any of my mail order Meds. I can’t see what’s up for renewal, when or change mailing address if needed. All that appears are meds I’ve picked up at a local pharmacy. HELP
Hanged when placing order today.

Tried to refill prescriptions. When I pressed the Place Order button, the app hanged and froze app. I switched to the website to place and complete my order.

This app is horrible. I tried to refill a prescription and it generates a new prescription request to my doctor. I called Optumrx and it was even worse. I had to tell them to forget I called. Now I’m waiting to see what happens to my medication.

I use to use express scripts way ahead of the game on this. First time I put in my order with calling in no one did anything a few weeks passed and I called. They placed a new order and said some one who call back. No call. My order got canceled 3 times and yes no call it took over 3 weeks and me doing all the work to move forward. It’s like paying someone to paint your house then painting it yourself since no one came by. I am requesting my company to change providers. Luckily I’m high enough to have input.
