ERROR:400- ADMINRULES This comes up all the time, can’t access the app ! Useless if this continues.

Does not show real time data. What's the point in see expired prescriptions and not your current prescriptions and orders.

OptumRx is a great App! Never had a problem and all my medicine arrived on time! Customer Service was nice and helpful as well!

This has to be the most disjointed service I’ve ever found. I switched two prescriptions for daily medicines over to them and one of them got filled and shipped no problem (small miracles). The other one however has been in limbo for over a month while I’ve gone back and forth with optum and my doctor. Optum says “We reached out to your doctor with a question but didn’t hear back so we can’t ship your medicine”. I call my doctor and they say they haven’t heard anything since they sent over the prescription. I call optum and finally talk to a pharmacist who cleared up the issue by asking me one question, and then I was told they’d expedite the order since it’s been over two weeks since I’ve had this DAILY medicine (it’s for asthma so my breathing has also been steadily getting worse). Three days after that call I get an email saying my order was canceled because my doctor didn’t respond even though I thought we already took care of the issue. Cue another week of me trying to contact optum only to be put on hold until I couldn’t stay on the line anymore because of other things I had to do. Finally I got through today and lo and behold- they paused my order because they’re waiting for me to pay off a balance. One that I never got any emails about, and didn’t think was an issue, because I have the app and had put my payment method into that. I don’t know if the app is like a separate entity or what but the lady I talked to on the phone said she didn’t see any payment on file, as I am looking at that in the app. So now a month later I still don’t have my medicine and only have a loose estimation date of over a week from now for the delivery. When I asked about expediting it, I was told she couldn’t because it was already in the shipping department system, but the date I was given was only an estimate and it might arrive earlier. Despite the fact that it’s been over a month without this inhaler medicine. Save yourself the trouble and don’t even bother with Optum, I promise it’s not worth it.
No retail pharmacy claims view

The app only shows orders for mail ordered prescriptions. It does not offer a view of claims from retail prescriptions filled from your plan even though the website does. For me that takes away the convenience of the app.
