This app no longer works for me. When I get to the end of my order and click on the blue bar saying “Proceed to Cneckout” nothing happens. It just hangs there until the site times out. I then have to call for my refills. Wish this would get fixed.
App update threw away CC info

I tried to refill order and the app required credit card for a 0 amount order. It would not accept reentry of information. I had to call Optum to place order and found that same credit card they had on file. I tried to enter 5 times before calling the nice customer service rep

The app pretends to be functional but it doesn’t match any of the info on their real computer. The prescriptions available for refill, payment method on file, and “current” prescriptions are all different. It’s almost like the systems are independent. And don’t even waste your time trying to correct anything on the app … because the changes can’t be saved. To make matters worse, their insulting “on hold” phone message suggests that you should use this defective app to save time waiting for a customer service person (and of course don’t forget that your business is extremely valued).

I would have thought that an update would at least attempt to make its use easier. My parents use this app and since the latest update, they are having to use the phone to order track Rxs. Why make it harder for seniors to use an app? You should have a very obvious button to track orders, one you can miss if your 80 years old. Rxs should be easily identified when ready to order. And adding a payment option should work.
Unable to use the app

I am a retired disabled senior living on Social Security and have been using this app for some time without problems. The recent update has informed me that I need to update my iPad OS to use the system to get my much needed medications. The App Store is unable to update my iPad because it is an older version. I do not have the funds to buy the newer version of iPad and this is upsetting. Why can’t OptumRx allow users who have older versions continue their use?

Useless without ability to manage family members

The recent update removed the ability to manage family members. Until it’s added back in, the app is of no use to me.

Ever since the last update 8/17/2021 the order information has not displayed. I have no way of knowing what has been shipped or how to track it. I only know something is processing because I see the charge on my credit card. Fix this so in this hat weather I don’t have meds sitting out in my mailbox!

OPTUMRX has been and apparently always will be a funky app the consumer gets to deal with on a monthly basis. The Board of Director’s should be ashamed of themselves. App tells you the prescription is due for refill so click on it and add to cart. Once it’s in the cart and you try and process it you are informed it’s not refillable at this time. OPTUM RX is WORTHLESS

The old app was so much better, it gave you so much more information. This one barely tells you anything. It’s useless!
