This App is worthless for Families because unlike the website you can NOT manage family members Rx’s and orders by merging everyone’s Sign On. To use the app you have to use each family member’s own sign on, one at a time. 'Effen ridiculous!☹️.

Avoid the biggest mistake & endless frustrations. The WORST & most unreliable service ever……Wrong meds received over six (6) weeks ago & have not been able to resolve issue. Speak to several “very nice people” there who are just nice to get you off their lines. No call backs as promised received. They play the pass -the- buck game. HORRIBLE.

This is the worst Website ever! Keeps wanting me th. Hange password every time I Get on. I do this then it says too many attempts , lock out! I Understand safety. But this is incompetence!! Tired of all the go here, go there. Nothing is being fixed on this site. Definitely less useful. Love Having it sent to my home. No Problem there. ITS THE WEBSITE.

They removed the ability to view claims and to view anything for dependents. Why?!?! This app is useless now!

The App is not user friendly in the slightest. Added prescription to cart, click the button to view my cart - oh wait, you can’t, the interface just changed and I need to log in again. Log in again, choose my prescription, click pay - woops - no payment information (although I just entered it). Click to enter my payment information and - WOOPS - the interface changes and I no longer have the ability to add a bank account, just a credit card - although I just entered my bank account to pay a bill. The computer experience is even worse. QA the App, and fix it.
