Continuously asking for bank info – OptumRx Review

The App is not user friendly in the slightest. Added prescription to cart, click the button to view my cart - oh wait, you can’t, the interface just changed and I need to log in again. Log in again, choose my prescription, click pay - woops - no payment information (although I just entered it). Click to enter my payment information and - WOOPS - the interface changes and I no longer have the ability to add a bank account, just a credit card - although I just entered my bank account to pay a bill. The computer experience is even worse. QA the App, and fix it.
