I like all the features of the app and the in-store option for pick up. It's user-friendly, typically very responsive and even feels better for ordering than just the website. The one thing I would add: if in using a phone number and/or email when purchasing in the store, why can't those in-store purchases be linked to a purchase history section of the app. Something as simple as I purchased some joggers in store on 12/21, absolutely love them. Cannot find them on the app anywhere, meaning I can't purchase more from the app and have them for pick up or delivery. Money lost on ON side. It would be the icing on the cake!

I received an email about a sale for 50% off anything I bought for anyone who used their Old Navy Credit Card. Well! Not only did I NOT get 50% off but I was told my card was dormant!!!! I had not used it in 11 months so apparently they decided I wasn’t interested in using it anymore. Well I wasn’t but I am now. So disappointed. I loved Old Navy and have shopped there every year. I also did NOT receive any of the earned cash certificates. How unbelievable. I used to love everything about Old Navy. Most of my Christmas gifts were from them. I am shocked by the change in their way of running their business. Unhappy customer.

Cannot Purchase from App

There is no way to complete a purchase from the app. A pop up « handy hint » in the cart will not go away and makes it impossible to checkout. The checkout button is greyed out until the « hint » goes away.

This app is constantly crashing or not responding. I find it too frustrating to shop Old Navy online anymore.

App won’t let me sign in

I loved this app, I could order and search. But NOW when I put in my email to sign in, the sign in button remains grayed out. No way to sign in

Never saves my login information, even though I have everything set to save on my phone and auto fill but it never does on this app specifically. Every time I login manually the app insists on forcing me to re-tutorial it and “learn” how to use it again. Have to separately log in to the credit card portion of the app, which then prompts me upon every login if I want to use Face ID in the future and I always say yes and it never works the next time. Truly awful app when I compare it to my other credit card apps.

I just wanted to say, being a bigger woman you have a wonderful selection. Today I noticed you can chose the size of the model in the photos. Plus size often fits different, it was refreshing to see the leggings I want on someone not size zero. Thank you!!

Something went wrong

As soon as you open the app and try to look at anything it says ‘something went wrong’ and makes you refresh. I was able to see 4 items before I gave up because that popped up 3 times. Been a problem forever but just getting worse.

I have the same problem with the ON and Banana Republic app-it doesn’t keep you signed in. When I try to sign in to either app, it won’t let me. The sign in button is greyed out. Very frustrating because I don’t always have access to a computer. Please fix this!
