I like that I can easily switch between stores and check out all at the same time.

Every time I use the app and I’m browsing, it randomly pops up multiple times while I’m using it that I need to refresh. When I go to checkout I’d like the Afterpay and PayPal option. I’ve used it before but sometimes it appears and sometimes it doesn’t.
Why is this app the worst?

I have been using this app for years, but I am using it less and less because I am SO TIRED of getting logged out every other day, and every time I come back to this crap app it makes me go through the Instructions on how to use it every time I’m logged out every other day. AND NOW I can’t access my credit card because it redirects me to the other website and then when I come back to the app it STILL WON’T LOG ME INTO MY CREDIT CARD. Why are you the WORST?!?!
Logs me out EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

Old Navy is great. The app is crap. It either crashes every time I open it or it makes me log back in. Can’t tell you how many orders I’ve made on the app only for them to never show up on my account. Why can’t it just keep my information signed it like every other app out there??

Impossible to enter password and log in!

Do you want people to spend money at Old Navy using the app? Here’s a thought: fix the login screen so that I can enter my password. The sign in button completely covers the password field on my iPhone SE (2020) which prevents me from entering my password altogether. This bug has persisted through multiple app updates over the past year. Please pay a developer to fix this.
App logs me out, and changes my settings. Deleted.

App requires I sign in every single time, and then says error with no explanation, and has me do it once or twice more. Sometimes I just can't use it. I turned off push notifications and when I log back in, my notifications are back on. Tested several times. Don't like that at all. I am emailed more than once a day from Old Navy and have turned it off via email unsub several times, reported as spam and blocked - still get them. Supercash is useless, and the clothes are being reported as sent to the customer missing several items and the material has been reported to be much cheaper for many customers - I'm nervous about purchasing again, but I shop here for my tall husband.
