Can’t use. I went to reset my password and it asks for special characters, of which there are three in the new password. Can’t reset my password can’t login to the app.
Easy to search and filter. Pretty up to date on stock of items. One complaint - the categories are too long. They’ll include a picture every color of a particular item in a page category, and that takes too long to scroll thru so I end up abandoning my searches. Would love to see thumbnails of available colors just below one particular item instead. Thanks!!
Love OLD NAVY or GAP but the app and the costumer service is the worst. I am not talking about the people who work there because they have been always very nice but the chat, the app and when you call is my worst nightmare. If I want to pay at checkout it would say SOMETHING WENT WRONG, or if I call THE CALL WILL FALL, or if I am in the chat trying to fix my card problem it will say BUMMER, THE APP IS UNAVAILABLE. Even if I want to send this review it won’t let me, because I need to put a nickname and apparently ALL ARE TAKEN ???
Not sure what’s wrong with Old Navy or why they can’t make their app function properly but every single time I try to log in to do a normal purchase, check new clothes, or check tracking, the app has simply forgotten I’ve been using it for the past several months?????? LITERALLY every time I open it there is either the “New user? Create an account” page open OR it literally opens to an error message….like come on… I have an account. I use it daily (hence why I’m checking the app and running into this problem so often!) so WHY can’t you remember that I am an account holder OR that I have orders placed with you!?? I mean seriously as a customer how am I supposed to feel any type of assurance from you or your company if you can’t even afford the decency to have your app remember my account?? If my next purchase doesn’t need a return, I will be deleting this app and not using again. Honestly so frustrating and unprofessional.
I love old navy and gap but I hate this app I have it where it logs in with Face ID but every time I go to the app I have to re login every time please fix
The hoodies I rec’d are amazingly comfortable! The black is super black and thick. I love how Old Navy has impressed me. Keep up the good choices. Cheers!
Your app is CONSTANTLY logging me out. It has been like this for a very long time. I would think by now you would have been made aware and would have fixed the bugs. So annoying. ?
I love Old Navy. Most of my wardrobe is from there. I like using the app for convenient shopping, but lately, it’s been SO glitchy! I can hardly browse for anything without getting an error message. I constantly have to refresh the page or reload the app. It also doesn’t keep me signed in which is frustrating when I want to save favorites or make a purchase. Fix the glitches please!!!
Siempre me manda mensaje para hacer refresh nunca puedo ver mis órdenes, siempre me manda a entrar a la web a dar para comenzar y nunca me deja hacerlo desde el app. La tienda un éxito y los especiales también pero este app no sirve. Sin mencionar que para pagar fue una odisea
