App is so-so/old navy cash is the best

I have mixed feelings about old navy. They do offer lots of options and many sizes including tall, which is great. But the pricing can be a little over and above what it should be when not discounted or when considered a “hot buy” or whatever they call the special pricing not eligible for further discounts. The app itself is pretty buggy so I understand the frustration. But I love the super cash. Not sure why everyone hates on it. $10 off of $25 is 40% off which is pretty great. And to anyone that prefers kohl’s cash, just try returning something that you earned kohl’s cash with. Good luck figuring out why you only got back $8 for $28 jeans! The creative arithmetic always lands in the stores favor and not the customer.

Love the app, but I hate that I have to sign in EVERY time I open it up. Is there some way where I can stay logged in? Also, sometimes the app allows me to use my Face ID feature, and other times, that option disappears and I have to manually enter my email and password. It’s very inconvenient to have to sign into the app every time I open it up and THEN have to keep my fingers crossed on whether I’ll be able to use Face ID or not. Please fix...
App has lots of technical issues

Every single time I open the app, it times out and says ‘something went wrong please refresh’. I will hit refresh and the same message pops up over and over again. Many times I will be looking at a specific item when this message pops up. I have to refresh, making me lose which item I was looking at. Not to mention it will not save my login information, so I have to login every time. The app freezes up A LOT and I have to quit and go back in. Super frustrating that the app can’t do the basic stuff without crashing or forcing me to refresh.

I liked getting the coupon in my bill. I’ve been using my Old Navy card for all my purchases to earn a great coupon. Now it’s no good. I just get a percentage off & just off some stuff which is also discounted anyway. So….that’s it

Payment part stopped working

Used app for quite some time, all the sudden payment option stopped working. Tried on phone & tablet both don’t work anymore.

The app used to be great but now I get logged out constantly, error messages constantly and lots of freezing. No matter what setting I’m in it hardly works so it can’t be me.

Doesn't work half of the times. some error or another. fade I'd doesn't work. keyboard auto fills doesn't work either you type it everytime. Seriously?? which world are we living in?
Can’t add gift card’s in the app.
