I cannot believe this is the app of a company like Old Navy/Gap! Please get a new team of developers to build an app that actually works! I can hardly shop in the app with all these error messages popping up for absolutely no reason, app asking me to log in when I already am, face recognition turning itself off at random times and finally lately my orders not showing up in my order history. Seriously?! It’s like they don’t want our money!

I love old navy but this app is trash

It never remembers my login. Even when I am in the middle of using the app it forgets that I’m logged in. It won’t calculate the shipping correctly unless I close the app and open it. I try to pay my cc bill and it logs me out halfway through doing it and that’s if it “recognizes” my user name and password, it so inconvenient.

I can never log in the first time. Always sends me back to the beginning and I have to start over. Doesn’t stay logged in for long. Probably one of my least favorite apps. But the website isn’t much better.

I don’t usually give an app review and with that said, let me start by saying I love that this company offers a petite jeans that would fit a 5’1 like me that I don’t have to alter them. What I don’t like about this app cos it keeps on crashing and giving error all day everyday and keep asking you to sign in.

Stopped working in 2022

This app seems to have been coded to work only until 2021, which is weird? None of my orders or account info from this year will sync or show up in the app. It also ends up in login loops every time I use the app - it tells me there’s an error, makes me log in, and then tells me to do it again over and over. Please update the orders and date issues!

Every two second I get the pop up message that “Something Went Wrong”! It’s incredibly infuriating to the point where I don’t even have the patience to use the app anymore. It’s a shame because the interface is other wise user friendly with an uncomplicated layout but that’s worthless to me if I can only scroll for a couple of seconds before I get an error message and need to refresh. If you’re thinking about getting the app just use the website and save yourself the hassle.

The app functionality seems as good as it’s ever been, but the 90’s need their clothing back. I’m happy to box them up at no charge & locate a time machine for Old Navy if I never again have to see “high-waisted”, “cropped”, or the recently added “extra high-waisted” when trying to shop for my daughters. We’re over it.

I love the app but everything looks like a bag

A nice bag. But a bag. Great quality fabrics, But where is the fit and flare? No feminine cuts, waist defined? Hardly anything fitted? We just spent a year in sweats at home, let’s get back to looking good! We all have different bodies, swing and straight cut dresses are not a good look for very many. Even the models have to look like they are spinning like a toddler to make the clothes fit.

I bought a lot of things before the Pandemic but I mended so maternity clothes for my older daughter and Old Navy it’s the best place to shop for it.
