Sync problems are a massive problem

I have been using this app for years with no issues. Recent problems with iCloud sync duplicating files is maddening! I have 10+ copies of all files and folders. After I delete them on the device they simply reappear. This isssue is new and MUST be fixed! A recent update claims to have fixed the problem. IT HAS NOT!

Like others have said, this was working GREAT until the last update. Its been several weeks and there are still problems, including that the app is deleting notes. I tried to help the developers resolve the issues, but they stopped returning my emails. This is not a good product. If you don’t have it, don’t get it.

I work in an organization I need to take and bring notes, to get information, share information and/or write about tasks to do or to be done. I’ve been using Notes Plus for more than 2 years and it’s incredibly useful when you need to look for something written some time ago or if you need to send your notes to someone. The folders and search machine makes it very efficient in time compared to workbooks in paper. If you care about your handwriting, it’s a matter of weeks until you catch up with a decent style, besides Notes Plus makes the handwriting like in paper, it doesn’t look like in some other apps that written words seems very primitive. The Apple Pencil pair excellently well with the App too. You need to spend some money but it pays out fast with the time saved.

Good App-but not perfect

I haven’t used this that much, but the one time I did use it for a site meeting, the one thing I didn’t like was the fact that as I was writing notes and wanted to add pictures right then, I could not. I had to take the pictures and go back in and edit them and they weren’t in my photos library. This made it more difficult to utilize. I made it work, but it should have been easier to accomplish this task so that I could put the pictures in right then and there and not edit later.

Functional but lost info

I genuinely love the functionality of this app. But I came back to a set of notes and discovered an entire notebook gone. Checked an older one, and it was gone, too. The update may fix this in the future, but it lost my trust when I’m writing notes for work.

Waste of money, lost all of my notes

I just did an update for this app and it completely wiped my notes. I had to reset my entire IPad just to salvage some of these notes so I can copy them and put them on a different note taking app.

Every time they “update” I lose data!

I used to love this app at first, but lately all it does is trash my data whenever they update. Even while I am writing a note, it will delete half of what I just wrote out of the blue! I’m done! I can’t stand it anymore! Goodbye Notes Plus, have a nice declining existence!

Great app until today

Enthusiastic at the beginning , upset at the end. This app is what you need to take notes , make sketch and even create presentation to share with colleague . The tools are great . The main issue is the update of the file . All my folders messed up . The system creates millions file during the update and the app keep crashing . I sent what I could and deleted the app. Lost some work too ! I will not use it again.

After over 8 years, I've had enough

Notesplus has been my go app forever, I've evangelized it, bragged about it, loved it. I've finally had enough of the data duplication issues, the instability and the crashing. I installed GoodNotes and so far I'm very pleased, and hopefull of a much more stable environment. It hurts me to move on but my productivity was taking a beating, I have 8 years of notes that are a duplicated mess, I'll slowly export them out as PDFs and import into GoodNotes.
