I was using this program with no issues until the last update. Now it multiplied all the pages and won’t work.

Great app. I’ve been using it many years. I’m well pleased. Needs a few more paper styles though.

I have been a NotesPlus advocate for over 3 years. The design team has really screwed up the app. I had over a gb of data that has been rendered useless. Very little meaningful tech support. I am very frustrated and disappointed that I trusted WriteOn.

Don’t get it. You will use it. You will depend on it. It will break your heart!! Everything you have worked hard to save will be gone and you will rue the day you purchased Notes Plus. I have moved over to One Note. It may not have the bells and whistles that Notes Plus has but at least it is reliable! The latest update got rid of all of my documents. They never tested things before the release and so all I have to do is commit solid days of trying to restore the data.

....me to the point that I am ready to purchase GoodNotes. I have been so happy for years. NotesPlus has been at the top of my list of apps forever until now. This latest migration to version 6 has been miserable. I honestly don’t know how much data I’ve lost because I can no longer find previous backups. And while the duplication issue seems to have been fixed, now I can’t export to any cloud service or application. Don’t know what happened with the latest updates, but I’m beyond frustrated. Update: slightly less disappointed...reset settings and Dropbox connection. So I’m not able to export to cloud services but the duplicates are back, and I think they brought friends :(

I have my day ruined by this app!!! Everything I wrote in last half year are just gone all of a sudden!!! Fix this issue!!!

A decent app, I use it daily to write and insert handwritten edits to typed pages, but downloading is is pain in the neck. Why must I save my documents to iCloud or Google docs to transfer? Why can’t I just Airdrop or use a cable?? And why does this only allow pdf files and not Word? I also would appreciate a dark mode, to make reading easier and more immersive. The app works, but since it’s development other apps have gone farther.

2 years of my note taking ALL GONE! Support is awful. I will be uninstalling and moving on to something else. I simply will not trust this app again. Ridiculous.
