Most items inaccurate. Dining reservations NEVER worked. Poor navigation and drops connection almost consistently. Don't waste your time until they get it fixed!

Very limited information available on the app. Messaging and phone calls between users cost $9.99 per phone and only seems to work if you're standing next to each other. In addition you get non stop notifications of missed calls. Have to delete the app to stop the notifications.

If you are thinking of getting this app to keep in touch with family and friends onboard it doesn't work ? Could only get messages or calls through 10 percent of the time. The only things I could use for was to look up my bill and look at entertainment schedule and even that never had everything on it.

it's useful, but half baked. app to app calls and messages should be for free. you should also be able to download the app from the ship's wifi for free. it should also show the map that's showing on tv. plus there should be menus of restaurants.

Almost useless…

First, don't try to do texting or phone in an app if you can't do it without the app running as the frontmost app, and the phone being awake… this is not how poeple use phones. We received refunds for our $9.99 because it was just completely unreliable. Second, if you require reservations to shows and restaurants, then by all means give me a means of seeing what I have reserved on the app. Third, if a show doesn't require reservations, then don't show that it is "sold out" or that you can reserve only to give an error when confirming the reservations. Aside from reviewing my account balance, this app was totally and completely useless.

Notifications don't even work unless you're looking at the app. Constantly freezes. Needs a major overhaul

First off, you can book Shore Excursions but the reservations do not show up the app. We booked multiple excursions and it would've been nice if the app showed you dates and times of the events. We made reservations at several restaurants onboard the ship. None of these will show on the app either. Again, we made multiple reservations and it would've helped if it showed dates and times on the app. The app does not have very specific information. The descriptions of onboard events and shore excursions left a lot to the imagination. At most, you get a two sentence explanation. How about a map of the ship on the app? This would've been very very helpful. The boats are big and have confusing layouts. Instead of referencing a paper map, a map on the app just makes sense, right?!? Overall, the app lacks details where it counts. The best information a vacationer needs to stay informed is not on here. THE ONLY THING THIS APP IS GOOD FOR IS TO SEE YOUR ACCOUNT BALANCE OF WHAT YOU OWE.

It has potential

I spent a week using this app on an iPad and an iPhone. It only works sporadically on the iPad. It registers and then immediately unregisters the iPad when you try any function. The iPhone version does not display a choice of dates and types of activities, so it never shows what's happening on board the ship. It was is a frustrating app with much potential.

Needs More Functionality

I was on an NCL cruise in Sep 2017. You still cannot check anything before you're on the ship. I chose 250 minutes free wifi as my perk, so using the app was free. Once on the ship, you can use the app to see restaurant times but you can't use the app to make reservations in the main dining rooms - you have to go to the restaurant to do that. App lists some ship activities but not all, so you still have to rely on the paper schedules and monitors that are available on some decks. App needs more functionality to be useful.

Downloaded to use on current trip. Does NOT have maps of the ship, does Not have full menus of the restaurants, does not always connect to the ships WIFI. This could be a useful app but far from it now.
