Used to have no problems with the app. Loved being able to place my order & have it waiting for me by the time I got there. But, over the last few months I haven't been able to use it. I configure my dish & side, add to basket & it mysteriously doesn't show up. Try again & again to get the same result. Even deleted the app & re-downloaded it. Still won't work.

I have ordered many meals from many different places and the App for Noodles and Company is far superior to others. It is simple. No hiccups. Best one yet.

I have never been to a N&C and not had to wait in a huge line. This makes everything quick, easy, and I get my food exactly how I want it because I am the customer who orders every dish with an "extra" or "leave this out"
Does not save customized orders to basket

Seems like a slick and easy app but does not actually save orders in which you write special instructions. Very frustrating.
Won't let you order with comments

Love ordering on my phone and skipping the line. But there's no "customize" option for kids' meals, and if you enter any text into the comments field, the app will not put the item in your cart. This is a stupid bug that is long overdue for a fix.
