App is not working. I entered name & password. App did not recognize. I tapped reset password, completed instructions and then opened app. It had all my info but said I needed to complete setup. I deleted and reentered same info. It will not open beyond that screen.

If it’s not one thing it is another. Couldn’t add car correctly for curbside. Wouldn’t add reward. Cancelled out of app to go back in and see reward was used/missing.

This isn’t the app’s fault but at my local Noodles location the system is down all the time so you can’t redeem rewards or get points but there’s many times I have used the app and never got the reward or I couldn’t redeem the reward and it expired. They got rid of my favorite thing anyway so it doesn’t really matter anymore but when they had it all the issues made me not want to go.

First time placing an $70 order, tortellini pesto, meatballs spaghetti, buttered noodles and Korean spicy noodles, app was easy to use, so far so good. I will update once I get my food.

In general the app is okay - it works and is convenient. BUT. It charges tax twice and I really don’t like being double charged, so I’ve stopped ordering online and have chosen to eat somewhere else several times.

I cannot get past the screen about my personal info. I got an email about my Birthday treat and cannot even retrieve it. It's been 2 years now that I cannot get my birthday treat due to this error.
