Can sometimes be annoying where it won’t let you check out, but overall decent deals and functionality. I like that it has pictures lol.

as i lay starving in my bed at night, i thought the end was near, quite frankly upon me. then, i dreamt of such a ray of light as to remind me of none other than noodles. good ol noodles. i scrambled across the street even more so than an egg, and upon my hungering soul lay the sight of noodles, noodles and company that is. my soul thus quenched and satisfied, i can now live a life of peace and plenty. a life of tranquility and euphoria. all thanks to noodles. good ol noodles. rick astley p.s. im never gonna give you up noodles

Hard for older people like me that done know how to use the app. I have numerous people leave due to this. I understand u are short staffed.

I spoke with the manager about missing item and was asked if she could send me a coupon for a free item or just order it again and she would pay for the delivery fees.

Website wasn’t working so downloaded the app just to use a gift card I received. Successfully applied the $20 gift card to my order but it never actually subtracted the payment difference/credit and charged my credit card for the full order amount. So instead of paying $4 for the tip and difference I paid the whole $24. Awful awful user experience. Haven’t tested the gift card yet but who knows whether it will even work now.

Add spaghetti and meatballs back to the menu on the app it’s still on the menu in the stores.

I’m so irritated by this app. Had problems with it quite awhile back, contacted the customer relations #, ready to delete it and they gave me additional points to get me to keep it. I never redeemed the points because the app is a total headache. Recently I received a survey asking me to name the promotion I’d like. They sent me an offer to match what I said so I decided to take them up on the offer. Well, of course it didn’t work so I couldn’t redeem the offer since it had to be done on the app. Store associates couldn’t help me out. Once again I contacted customer relations six days ago. Haven’t heard anything yet. Every time I pull up the app it says, “something went wrong”. I believe I’ve updated this app twice in as many weeks or less. If the app can’t be fixed offers should be able to be redeemed with an email and earn points by scanning a barcode. Enough of this ridiculous crap!!

There’s about a 50% chance you’ll be able to order with this app. I have repeatedly received the error message “Unknown Order.” However I’ve been able to proceed after receiving this error, but only after emptying my cart and starting over. This is an incredibly unreliable app!
