Order Doesn't Go Through

I've made two separate orders at 2 different locations on two separate dates from the app. I get the order confirmation email and think it's good to go. I arrive to pick up my order and then have a second email "Sorry your order didn't go through." So instead of having the convenience of ordering ahead and just picking it up, I have to reorder at the location and wait for my order. Since the email saying my order didn't go through doesn't come through until I get to the location, I don't have time to call the order in instead. It's extremely frustrating.

This app doesn't let you know how many points you have, nor at what points you earn what awards. Basically doesn't explain how you earn anything. Yeah Moreover, redeeming rewards is very finicky. There's nothing that registers the reward being used, so they just have a timer on the reward with a one-time open. I accidentally closed the code without scanning, and of course I couldn't get the code back. There goes free meatballs :(

Downloaded the app and tried to use the code sent in email for new users for $3 off and a dessert on the next visit and the code wasn't valid or work.

Today I used the app to make an order for the first time. Choosing the food was easy until I had to add "special instructions", it only allowed me to add 2 words and even though I saved it, the final order did not have the 2 words I could add - failure - Also there was no way to change the cheese for my pasta (feta or parmesan). And since the special instruction was not added to my order my pasta was prepared with the cheese I don't like. Please fix that. Other than that, I thought the app was good, easy to use and fast.

because i can't change the type of cheese (none) in the app, the app is unusable to me. also fix your reward system, nobody wants your bizarre appetizers, give me $ off or bogo deals. stick to what you know best: noodles.
Missing options

For some reason the app doesn’t give the option to select which type of cheese you prefer. It automatically selects feta cheese which I found out I don’t like. Also, there is no option to app a side of chicken noodle soup which I LOVE. You can choose from all the other soups or salads. This is very inconvenient for me and I will have to stop using this app if it doesn’t get fixed. Please help!
